Education Programs

Part of the RethinkingWorks WorkSpaces are education programs to present and support the implementation of best practices in the sense of processes, methods and procedures to enhance productivity and innovation of a RTW subscriber organization. Most of the programs are very practical and project based, meaning that participants are stimulated to learn during the process of implementing new practices. Most of the proposed programs are organized in a 1 week sprint or less. They can however be composed of several sprints. All programs are available in a remote format with synchronous and asynchronous lectures. Programs are however also made available in presential formats as well as in house programs.
