Solution Packs

Part of the RethinkingWorks WorkSpaces are Solution Packs. To be able to start the performance transformation journey project teams want to be offered sprint solutions in formats that support agile assessments, education on the subject and first mentoring support in developing the program.  The Solution Packs programs are very practical and project based, meaning that program teams are stimulated to learn the required competencies fast during the implementing process of the new practices. Most of the proposed Solution Packs are organized for a first 1 month sprint or less. They can however be composed of several activities. All programs are available in a remote format but can be also offered with some face-to-face activities.
