The main challenge for companies producing plastic films from polymers is the need to increase productivity, ensure product quality, reduce waste of raw materials and energy, and respond quickly to variations in demand and customer specifications. In many cases, extrusion, stretching, printing, and finishing processes continue to rely on manual controls, leading to losses, unplanned downtime, quality inconsistencies, and low visibility of real-time production indicators.
