A mentoring support with local and global Subject Matter Experts for your Industry 4.0 Simulation & Road Map enabled by the RTW platform.


Total Approximate Timeline: 3-4 weeks with 2 workshops. 


The Workshops focus on the following topics:

  1. Challenge Definition & AS IS Analysis
  2. Options Design and Definition
  3. Option Simulation and Analysis
  4. Evaluation and Benefit Analysis
  5. Implementation Plan and Success Factor

Value and Impact:

in average 20 hours of mentoring. Payback of Entire Program is expected to be : < 2 years. 


Mentorship retainer of 30%:

Full mentoring cost is only to be paid if total payback calculation reaches the goal of being  less than 2 years. 


RTW Platform supports agile analysis and simulation as well as collaboration, sprints and solution design. It should also support agile implementation.
