Scope

Develop a PoC for improved strategic decision making

Timeline: 2-3 days

Key activities: 2 workshops of 1-2 hours each. 

Workshop objectives:

• Understand the current strategy management process (e.g., strategic objectives, KPIs and key projects)
• Define data to be used in PoC
• Upload data and test and simulate AI engine
• Present and discuss PoC outputs
• Define next steps for a full pilot

RTW´s role: mentoring support with local and global SMEs 

Benefits and complementary information

Value and Impact: a PoC provides the opportunity to test the concept with real historical data. Outcomes will be impressive and will help to align management on the use of it and in designing a next step, a full pilot situation. The cost to prepare and present a PoC is minor, to be discussed case by case with RTW.

Initial assessment: we have an online strategy management assessment to be executed at the start of the process for setting a baseline for the PoC development.

RTW Platform supports agile analysis and AI driven simulation as well as collaboration, sprints and solution design. AI LLM (Large Language Model) for the PoC is made available on the RTW platform.

An NDA should be signed at the start of the program. Data for the PoC should be of past years not from present days to compare actual results.
