ind 4.0 - Connect your industry to the future

ReThinking Works • September 1, 2025

Technology, data, and intelligence to transform production.

We are proud to announce a new partnership with INCIT https://incit.org/ to promote the OPERI assessment globally supporting trade associations in increasing the industrial competitiveness of its associated members and the entire corresponding value chain. RethinkingWorks will promote and support the use of the OPERI Assessment https://lnkd.in/dJ4aTggp as well as the IND 4.0 Road Map implementation. It will also help trade associations in developing and promoting industrial policies for local and regional governments.
OPERI analyses a business in 18 key areas that INCIT calls “dimensions”. It then gives recommendations in a short report on what the business should do next to improve. To track how well these changes work, OPERI measures 8 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in each assessment, providing a comprehensive view of past improvements and new data. This shows the real impact of the transformation. The goal is to help Medium and Small Businesses become more productive, start using digital tools, and grow faster.

Blue Leaders are essential to turning the Blue Economy from an inspiring vision into coordinated action, because they connect knowledge, institutions, communities, companies, investors, and public policy around practical solutions for ocean-based sustainable development. Brazil is already offering a powerful example through the hybrid programs being presented to Blue Economy Platform members in Fortaleza, Salvador, São Paulo, and Santos—cities that together reflect the country’s coastal diversity, innovation capacity, port and logistics strength, entrepreneurial energy, and commitment to ocean stewardship. By bringing these programs to different regions, the Platform demonstrates that the Blue Economy is not a single-sector agenda, but a national movement capable of generating jobs, protecting marine ecosystems, strengthening local economies, and positioning Brazil as a global reference in sustainable ocean leadership.
